Forest Removals we’re brilliant. From day one meeting Callum for a house visit to helping with our furniture drop off to the auction house, they were excellent throughout. Even getting our couch out our narrow door didn’t slow then down!!! Our move took us from Lancaster to Inverness and the guys were professional to the end even after dark.I would definitely recommend them and should I need to move again they will be my first call.

I found the whole experience with Forest Removals to be outstanding. Right from the initial phone call to arrange the removal, their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond with everything. They were always contactable even late on in the evening and they took a lot of the pressure off prior to the move. On the day, Calum, Mark and Josh were fantastic. They turned up on time and were friendly, polite and worked extremely quickly and efficiently to get me moved from one house to the other. They took great care to ensure that my belongings and items were looked after and that there was no damage done to anything. Calum, Adele and the team were absolutely fantastic! We were moving from Sussex up to Lancashire so, logistically it was quite a challenge but it never seemed like too much trouble for Calum. Despite some awful traffic on the way up, which meant the van didn't get to the new house until about 8pm, they never rushed to get things in and still made time to reassemble the bed at almost 9pm!The real heroics came after as our sofa wouldn't fit up the stairs and Calum and Adele were convinced they could winch it in through the first floor french doors. Sure enough, they were right (picture evidence provided)and they got the whole thing in just a couple of days after the initial move.All in all, they were superstars, and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
